When all call stations are assigned, the user must press the button (on the drive board)
and finish learning. The drive will then start a new EE transfer, and all call lamps will
rotate counterclockwise. When EE is transferred, the Call stations leave the learning
mode and start operating normally.
2.3 Normal
Operations:
In normal mode, the call station shows the possible travel (if platform is folded, the
direction button which brings the conveyance in its landing) or the possible FOLD/
UNFOLD commands (if platform is in its landing).
After a FOLD/UNFOLD operation has started, the specific lamp flashes to indicate the
progress. When the FOLD/UNFOLD has finished, the lamp is turned OFF and the
opposite light becomes ON.
While calling the conveyance (folded) in a landing, when a safety is violated or E-Stop is
pressed, the call station active direction light is flashing.
2.3 Errors:
A call station error is signaled by clockwise rotating lights at the call station, associated
with the landing, at which:
•
The cam is missing when the conveyance is at a position where a landing should be
located,
•
The cam switch is not sufficiently depressed,
•
There is a failure in the cam switch mechanical or electrical mechanism.
Conveyance Lights
This document details the operation of the lamps on the
Conveyance.
The Conveyance has two direction buttons on the control module and a string of orange
moulded lamps around the platform. Under each button a lamp may be turned on or off
by the software, to inform the user of possible operations, to show errors or indicate
various conveyance states. An optional light (DEKLITE) shows when the platform is
unfolded.
