Pump diagnostics
In Pump Diagnostics the AK 95 S enters “nor-
mal” treatment mode, starts the fluid part and
maintains a flow. It runs with the following set
values:
• Conductivity
14 mS/cm
• Temperature
37.5°C
• Degass pressure
-610 mmHg
• HPG pressure
-100 mmHg
The machine uses concentrate pump A and
conductivity cell A to regulate the conductivity.
When the conductivity is stabilised (for 10 sec-
onds) inside ±5 % of the set value and the tem-
perature is stabilised (for 10 seconds) inside ±1°C
of the set value the fluid path turns to green
instead of orange. The lit fluid path always
shows the bypass status.
