Calibrations
13.
Set the “REF SET” value on the AK 95 S to
the reading on the reference instrument
and press
.
14.
Press
START
UF
STOP
to load the calibration values
into the EEPROM.
15.
When the EEPROM storage is ready,
press
to exit.
If a calibration error occurs:
•
Try to do the calibration again.
•
If the error occurs a second time:
Change the transducer and the transducer
board.
Report to your Gambro service representa-
tive the error message on the error dis-
play.
1.
Disconnect tube no. 50 at the Expansion
chamber. Connect the Gambro reference
instrument to tube no. 50 via the calibra-
tion tube set. Use the angled-silicone
connector from the calibration kit.
2.
Disconnect tube no. 11 at the degassing
chamber or at the outlet of the flow pump
and plug the silicone connector. Use a plug
from the calibration kit.
4.
Zeroset the reference instrument, wait for
stable reading.
5.
Start the AK 95 S, enter the
Service
menu and select
Calibrations
.
6.
Select
Transducer
,
External
and
DEGASSING PRESSURE TRANSDUCER
from the selection diagram.
7.
Press
to confirm the selected trans-
ducer.
8.
Apply zero pressure by opening the two
clamps A and B on the calibration tube
set. Set the “REF SET” value on the
AK 95 S to 0 mmHg.
9.
Press
to enter the setting.
10.
Close clamp A. Apply a pressure of approx.
-500 mmHg, shown on the reference
instrument. Close clamp B.
11.
Set the “REF SET” value on the AK 95 S
to the reading o the reference instrument
and press
twice .
12.
Open clamp A and B, then close clamp A
again.
Apply a pressure of approx. +500 mmHg,
shown on the reference instrument. Close
clamp B.
