Modify SAS Host Group
This function performs the following modifications to the existing SAS host group.
•
Host Group Name
•
Host Response
•
Number of Hosts (Add and delete member hosts in a host group)
An error screen appears in the following conditions:
•
When the "Host Group Name" overlaps with an existing host
group name (Host group names cannot overlap with any other
host group names, irrespective of the interface types.))
•
When the total number of hosts has exceeded the maximum
number for the device
•
When no hosts are registered in a host group, or when nine or
more hosts are registered in a host group
•
When the specified host has already been registered in another
host group
•
When several iSCSI hosts with the same "IP Address" and "iSCSI
Name" have been configured
•
When several iSCSI hosts are specified with the same "iSCSI
Name" and no IP addresses are specified
•
When the specified iSCSI name is already registered in the
ETERNUS DX Disk storage system
•
When the several iSCSI hosts with the same iSCSI name have
been registered
•
When the specified host response does not exist in the
ETERNUS DX Disk storage system
