To delete a user
1 On the Administration Login settings page, log in as a user with administrative privileges.
2 Select the user under User List .
3 Tap the delete icon.
4 Tap Yes .
5 Tap Done .
Logging in
If user login is required, the user login screen appears when you turn on the system (see “To require user
login” on page 3-3).
To log in as a user
1 Turn on the system.
2 In the login screen, type your user name and password, and then tap OK .
To log in as guest
Guests can scan, save images and clips, view worksheets, and access Help and Visual Guide videos. Guests
cannot access patient information or system settings (except
Monitor Brightness and Touch Panel
Brightness ).
When you log in as a guest, the system always displays the 2D imaging screen, no matter which startup
mode is specified in User Profile settings (see
“User profile settings” on page 3-32).
1 Turn on the system.
2 In the login screen, tap Guest .
To change your password
You can change your password only if the administrator has enabled password changes (see “To allow
users to change their password” on page 3-4).
1 Turn on the system.
2 In the login screen, tap Change Password .
3 Type your old and new passwords, confirm the new password, and then tap Change .
