Printing From a Computer
Note
The content of print driver settings override settings configured through the operator panel. For details
about a print driver feature, refer to the print driver help.
The following describes a typical printing procedure.
For Windows
1.
Open the file that you want to print.

From the [File] menu, select [Print].
Note
Menu names may differ depending on the application.
3.
From [Select Printer], select this machine, and click on [Preferences].
4.
Change the settings as needed, then click on [OK].
5.
Click on [Print].
For Mac
Note
When using the AirPrint feature with a USB connection, log in to Internet Services as the Administrator
and click on [Network] in the upper part of the screen. From [Mobile Printing], select [AirPrint], then
select the checkbox for [USB Connection]. For details, refer to Internet Services Help.
