Adding the Machine Using Bonjour
1.
Turn on the machine.

Make sure that your computer and the machine are connected.
If you use a wired connection, connect the machine to the network using an Ethernet cable.
If you use a wireless connection, make sure that the wireless connection of your computer and the
machine are established properly.

From the [Apple] menu, open [System Preferences], and click on [Printers & Scanners].

From [Name], select the name for the machine displayed as [Bonjour Multifunction] in the [Kind]
column.

From [Use], select a driver compatible with the machine.

Click on [Add].

Specify an optional accessory already installed on the machine, and click [OK].

Make sure that the machine is displayed in [Printers].
Enabling Optional Accessories
On the driver, specify the optional accessories installed on the machine to enable the associated
features.
1.
From the [Apple] menu, open [System Preferences], and click on [Printers & Scanners].
2.
From [Printers], select this machine, and click on [Options & Supplies].
3.
Click on [Options].
4.
Select an optional accessory already installed on the machine, and click [OK].
