Registering absence when not using work schedules.
When no schedules are used, it’s more difficult to register absence, but it can be done
following these procedures.
1.
Go to “Edit” in the main menu and select “Clock”.
2.
Click “Add” (+) button, or right click in the window and select “Add Clocktime”.
3.
Select the user, fill in the correct date and fill in the time the user should have started
their shift. In the “Project” field, select the absence reason and then press “OK”.
4.
Add another time, by clicking the “Add” (+) button, or right click in the window and
select “Add Clocktime”.
5.
Fill in the same user and date as above, then fill in the time the user’s shift should have
ended their shift. Leave “Project” empty and then press “OK”.
The above steps 1-5 must been done for each day the user has been absent.
