Start the T3000 program. If you do not want to clear the building view to create an easier working space than skip to
step 6. Otherwise go to the menu and select “Database >> All Nodes” and click the “Del All” button to clear the ‘Default
Buildings’ list. Exit this window. The screenshot below highlights the the points of interest.
Following the key points of the diagram below, press the “Buildings” button, which is circled in red. Under the cor-
responding columns, change the ‘Protocol’ to manual, change ‘COM Port’ to the correct port of your computer that
corresponds with the connected Tstat6 and check that the ‘Baud Rate’ is set to 19200. Now close this window.
