indicates
the
communication response delay, that is,
the interval from when the VFD completes
receiving data to when it sends response
data to the upper computer. If the
response delay is shorter than the VFD
processing time, the VFD sends response
data to the upper computer after
processing data. If the delay is longer than
the VFD processing time, the VFD does
not send response data to the upper
computer until the delay is reached
although data has been processed.
