The operating conditions and operating environment 
result in contamination on the SSW-40. Remove this 
contamination regularly to prevent incrustation and ensure 
safe operation of the machine. To clean shut off the 
SSW-40, disconnect from pneumatic system and release 
attachments. 

Time of Cleaning

Clean contamination from the SSW-40 regularly. The 
machine should be cleaned thoroughly at the end of each 
shift at the latest. 

Procedure and Cleaning Agents 

FORUM Handling Tools

 

recommends cleaning the SSW-40 

with a high-pressure steam cleaner. Use it to clean the 
body, the adjustment screw and roller assembly thoroughly 
from inside and outside.
