Installation Checklist
Install the the SSW-40 as shown in the OMM.
Read OMM before first use!
OK
Check crew is aware of all danger regarding handling the FORUM Handling Tools tool.
OK
Go through manual with crew.
After installation or maintenance work, carry out following checks:

The hanger line is fixed securely.
OK
Backup lines are connected to the derrick's leg. [optional]
Snub-Line-Sensor is installed on the correct side.
Spin In= left hand side; Spin out= right hand side
OK
Lubrication has been performed, as descripted in „6.1 Lubrication“, on page 73.
OK
There is enough space to work securely.
OK
There are no unnecessary pneumatic hoses and cables on the ground.
Pneumatic Connections
OK
The SSW-40 is connected to the pneumatic power supply.
OK
All connections are made properly.
OK
There are no leaks in hoses or other pneumatic components.
Function Test
Perform function test only when the SSW-40 has been installed to
the hanger line.
OK
The lifting cylinder extends and retracts properly?
OK
Both roller assemblies roll in the same direction of rotation?
