Locking/Unlocking the HCGS
Unlocking Procedure
1. Pull out the retaining pin

2. Pull out the locking bar

3. Insert the retaining pin in the rest bore

Locking Procedure
1. Perform unlocking procedure in reversed order.

HCGS release after fixation
NOTE
The HCGS will lock automatically, when opened
completely. Always unlock first. Close in a next step.
WARNING
Never open or close the Cover Assembly
with hands or feet, Always use a crane.
1. Attach HCGS segment to crane. Use both attachment
points

2. Remove the retaining ring and the screw

3. Press the lock with the tool inwards first

and then
downwards

. The lock is now unlatched.
4. Close the HCGS segment by use of a crane
