Top-Cover

The Top-Cover serves as a guide and increases protection
during operation of the PS-500.
Pipe
Wiper

This feature allows the PS-500 to be operated with a pipe
cleaner, which is threaded around the pipe. During drill
pipe removal the drill pipe will be cleaned automatically.
The Pipe Wiper is located at the bottom of the PS-500.

The Top Wear Guide reduces the wear on the HCGS during
drilling operations. It is mounted to the pin drive locations
on top of the PS-500. The wear guide material is designed
to minimize any wear to the drill string.

This option enables possibilities in terms of connections,
diameter, flow rates and types of locking. A number of
different energy can be connected simultaneously, without
risk of error or impact on performance with regard to flow
rate and tightness.

Insert Bowls allow you to handle smaller pipe diameters
without major conversion work on the PS-500. Insert
Bowls are Always used with a Hand Slip and provide the
necessary wedge surface for the Hand Slip. Therewith, a
uniform radial load distribution on the Master Bushing is
guaranteed.

The HCS is used for installation on top of the PS-500 in
situations where it is preferred not to place heavy casing
string loads directly on Rotary Table bearings. The HCS is
load rated for 200 sh tons and for pipe diameters 11.
