Using the Probe
Figure 6-1 shows the equipment required for FiberInspector
tests. Figure 6-2 shows how to use the probe.
1 Use the adapter cable provided to connect the probe
to the video input jack on the side of the tester.
2 Screw an adapter tip that matches the connector type
being inspected onto the fiber probe.
3 Clean the connector to be inspected.
4 Press

. If the message “Camera Image
Unavailable” appears check the connections between
the probe and the tester.
