Installing the Injector System and
Suspension Bracket
The Suspension Bracket helps stabilize the
Injector Assembly on the freezer. When
properly installed on the freezer, the Bracket
should hold the Injector Assembly level
horizontally, with the Injector Head lined up
directly under the Spout Adapter. The
Suspension Bracket is adjustable to fit many
common freezer models. Additional
Suspension Bracket styles are available for use
with other freezer models. Contact your local
distributor for more information.
The Injector Assembly can be mounted to either
side of the freezer spout. The 9-Tube Assembly
may also come from either side, regardless of
the Injector Assembly’s position. However, on
single freezer models, it is recommended the
Injector Assembly be installed on the opposite
side as the 9-Tube Assembly.
1. Determine which side of the freezer the
Injector Assembly will be mounted on. The
Suspension Bracket should be installed to
the outside of the Gear Box Assembly.
(See Figure 132.)
Figure 132
2. Assemble the Suspension Bracket and
install it onto the Gear Box on the side
closest to the operator. Ensure all parts are
assembled in the proper position. (See
Figure 133.)
