Tighten the lock ring

with the inner bearing tool with 20 teeth.
Always use a new lockring to ensure a secure fit.
20–25 Nm
→
Grease the ISIS tooth connection.

Mount the crank arms with a suitable tool (manufacturer-specific) on the bottom bracket shaft of the
BOTTOM BRACKET.
Manufacturer-specific: 45–55 Nm
→
IMPORTANT:
Now
carry out the calibration of the torque sensor with the
FAZUA Toolbox software
.
7.2 Removing the BOTTOM BRACKET

Always remove the DRIVEPACK from its holder on the frame before removing the BOTTOM
BRACKET.
►
Always use needle-nose pliers to pull the plugs straight out of the corresponding connection.
Be careful not to twist or bend the connectors.
Step 1:
Remove the chainring and cranks
Note that the cranks and the lockring have a right-hand thread:
• Tighten clockwise
• Loosen counter-clockwise
If you block the left crank on the
frame (e.g. with a strap or a very
strong cable tie), this will make
removal easier.

Block the left crank.
→
Loosen the right crank arm with a suitable tool
(manufacturer-specific).
→
Loosen the lockring

with the inner bearing
tool with 20 teeth.
→
Take the chain off the chainring.
→
Remove the chainring
(15)
and lockring
(16)
from
the BOTTOM BRACKET shaft.
→
Release the left crank arm.
