Corner Cable
1. Using the corner cable wire tensioners installed on the
end black-out headers (page 46), string AR3030 cable
lengthwise from one tensioner, THROUGH the flange of the
corresponding 113323 monofilament wire clips on mid-rafter
headers (page 80), and attach to tensioner at the opposite
end with AS1002 clamps (optional) as shown below.
Tension until taut, but do not over-tighten.
NOTE:
Tape the ends of the cable to avoid snagging on
material when installed.
2. Using FA4482B Tek screws, reinforce the 113323
monofilament wire clips at every mid rafter location with
CC1646 cable support clips, as shown below.
3. To protect the black-out material from the corner cables, install
sections of 112569 PVC tube clip on the corner cables in
every bay, as shown below. Cut to fit between headers.
