53790 ( D21E hex )

Selects trip or continue if the current limit has been active for too long

Start Current Limit Trip

On : The Unit will trip

8 bit unsigned

Off:  The start will continue regardless of the motor current level

Binary value

53787 ( D21B hex )

This can be used to detect if the motor is running lightly loaded.

Low Current Trip

On : The Unit will trip. This feature is not active during soft start and soft stop.

8 bit unsigned

Off:  The Unit will continue to operate regardless of motor current

Binary value

53782 ( D216 hex )

Detects if the cooling fans have failed.

Fan Trip

On :  The Unit trips if the cooling fans fitted to the Unit fail.

8 bit unsigned

Off : Will continue to operate and is likely to trip on a thermal trip as the heatsink will not be sufficiently cooled

Binary value

53781 ( D215 hex )

Detects if there is a fault with operation of one or more of the internal Thyristors

Sensing Fault Trip

On : Trips if one or more of the Thyristors fails to turn on properly.

8 bit unsigned

Off : The Unit will attempt to start and run although the operation may be erratic.

Operating in this mode for prolonged periods may result in SCR failure

Binary value

53777 ( D211 hex )

Detects if there is a disconnection between the Unit output and the motor

Motor Side Phase Loss

On : Trips if there is a disconnection between the output side of the Unit and the motor

8 bit unsigned

Off : The Unit will attempt to start and run although the operation may be erratic.

Operating in this mode for prolonged periods may result in SCR failure
