Select the
Keep historical traces in subfolder
option to allow the
storage of current acquisition in a separate *.osawdm file, when a
significant event occurs during the drift measurement.
A significant event is when
³
a value from a given channel has crossed its threshold (going from
pass to fail).
³
there is no signal power in a given channel.
These historical files are stored in a dedicated folder having the same
name as the associated drift measurement file name.
