When loading the reagents, you must ensure that all covers were
removed and no air bubbles can be found in the bottle neck and/or the
liquid.
The
Stds & Ctrls
tab shows which standards and controls must be loaded. You
will be shown the rack area for loading the controls in the left window area. The
controls used in the individual tests are shown in different colours. The colour
assignment to the different tests is explained in the adjacent legend.
