If you work with an imported worklist, the samples which were not found are
marked with a “?”.

If you double-click on the question mark, you can manually input the rack
position. Then confirm your entry with OK.
If several samples were not detected (e.g. due to damaged or non-existing
barcodes), the following should be done:
As soon as the window with undetected samples appears, remove all samples
displayed in the window from the corresponding rack positions. Then click on
Ignore
.
Select the initial sample ID which has a “?” from the worklist and look for it
among the previously deleted samples.

Changing the tube position
Double-clicking on the question mark opens the manual input window. Enter
the rack tube position where you would like to place the sample. Then place
the sample precisely into the specified position and confirm the entry with OK.
Repeat the process until all samples are assigned to a rack tube position.
