Keep the instrument cover closed until the initialisation of the arm is
complete and the prompt appears instructing you to load the sample
rack.
When the “Load Strip” window appears, push the first sample rack into the first
free insert. Depending on the number of samples, the software prompts you to
load additional sample racks.

After scanning, the barcode numbers of the individual samples appear in a
table in the software. Then you will be shown the rack position corresponding
to the scanned sample barcodes.
If a barcode cannot be read, the software indicates the corresponding
positions.

Click on
Cancel
if you wish to cancel the whole process.
Click on
Retry
if you would like to rescan all racks.
Click on
Ignore
if you would like to manually edit unread barcodes. To do this,
click on the field which has remained blank and enter the barcode using the
keyboard.
If you would like to repeat the entire scanning process, delete the
list first with
Clear list
before you press the
Barcode
button.
