The
Plates
tab is not required in immunofluorescence.
In order to display the number and position of the microscope slides required
for the next run, click on the
Slides
tab. The window will show you in graphic
form into which rack position the microscope slides of the individual parameters
must be placed and which fields must be used.
It is possible to process both standard slides and 50 well slides. The graph
ensures a clear assignment.
