The next steps are performed as described in chapter 7.3.4.
7.3.2 Importing a worklist from lab software
If the instrument is connected to lab software, proceed as follows:
Click on
Import
to import the worklist.
If a worklist is imported by LIMS, it is necessary to load the required samples.
Here the barcode numbers of the imported worklist are compared to the loaded
sample barcode numbers. To read in the samples, proceed as described in the
following chapter 7.3.3
7.3.3 Scanning barcoded samples
If a worklist is to be created with the barcoded samples, they are loaded first.
First remove any sample racks from the sample loading area which may be
present.
Press the
Barcode
button to start the loading process.
Enter the number of total samples in the “Barcode reading” window and
confirm with
OK
.
