When the printer receives a fax, the data is sent to the destination registered in
Fax to Folder

Reception Settings

Deleting received faxes
When received documents are stored in the printer’s memory, the
Fax Memory
LED lights up. To
delete the stored jobs, follow the instructions below.
1. Press the
Fax Memory
button.
2. Select the job to be deleted using the
u
or
d
button, and then press the
F2
button.
3. Press the
F2
button to select
Yes
.
The stored job is deleted.
