monitor configurations.
Note: Accuracy is ±2.5% of full scale.

When using a DC voltage source, the cold junction temperature voltage must be
subtracted from the input voltage.
** When using a thermocouple simulator, the 6667 thermocouple conditioning unit
corrects for the cold junction temperature.
