Mono-Master
Enables selection “Mono-Master” under “Miscellaneous - PROFIBUS DP”. As the only
master the unit requests the signals from the PROFIBUS measurement point. No
further masters are allowed!
Attention:
Faulty function when using unknown slaves!

Relay operation mode/OC:
Defining the operation mode of the integrated relays or open collector output.
Relay 1 in LV
Relay function in alarm condition, when active. Closing contact: Connections 41-44
are closed in alarm condition, when inactive the connection is 41-42.
Opening contact: Connections 41-42 are closed in alarm condition. when inactive the
connection is 41-44.
Hint:
In this mode the relay coil is under current. This means the relay can be used as
a power failure transmission contact as the contacts 41-42 are closed in the case of
an “alarm condition” or power failure (“maximum safety”).
Relay 2 (3, 4, 5) in LV
(Option)
Relay function in alarm condition, when active.
“Closing contact”: Respective connections (shown in brackets) are closed in alarm
condition, when inactive the connections are open.
“Opening contact”: Respective connections (shown in brackets) are closed in alarm
condition, when inactive the connections are open.
Hint:

relay can be used as a power failure transmission contact as the contacts 41-42 are
closed in the case of an “alarm condition” or power failure (“maximum safety”).
Open collector (Option)
Open collector output function in alarm condition, when active.
Hint:
The open collector is an NPN transistor, terminal 98 = collector, terminal 99 =
emitter, reference potential.
EPLD frequency:
“Yes”: Instead of the instantaneous value the display indicated the frequency
measured via the EPLD. -
Only for service purposes!

Calibration:
Factory settings for the clock IC and rear panel temperature.
Do not change, could
cause faulty function of the unit. Calibration only possible using the PC
calibration routine. Must only be done by skilled and trained personnel.
Quartz clock
Quartz clock IC calibration.
Correction RWT 1/2
Rear panel temperature, correction value for analogue board 1 (channels 1...8) and/or
2 (channels 9...16).
