Description

Use this function to view the device revision with which the device is registered with the

HART

FieldComm Group. It is needed to assign the appropriate device description file

(DD) to the device.

Description

A unique HART identifier is saved in the device ID and used by the control systems to

identify the device. The device ID is also transmitted in command 0. The device ID is
