Function check
If you can answer the following questions with YES, then you can commission the device
(see Section 6.2 “Switching on the measuring device”). If the answer is NO, then please
refer to the appropriate sections:

Switching on the measuring device
When you connect the power supply, the display lights up and signals “UNIT OFF”.
When you press the operating key beneath the “ON” field, the message “UNIT ON”
appears. The device is operational.
