Remove the dosing glass as follows:

Cleaning the sample compartment
The sample compartment has a permeable inner plastic shell. Once you have removed
the bottle trays, the distribution pan and the tap, you can then clean the whole sample
compartment easily using a water hose.

Cleaning the ventilator and the liquefier
Depending on the ambient conditions (e.g. high level of dust formation), you should
purge the ventilator and the liquefier with compressed air at regular intervals.

Hauser can offer you a maintenance contract for your ASP station 2000. A
maintenance contract offers you increased operational safety and will reduce the
burden on your operating staff. More detailed information on maintenance contracts can
be obtained from your local E+H service organisation.

Cleaning the dosing unit
1.
Loosen the clamping lever and the air hose.
2.
Pull the dosing glass forwards and remove it.
3.
Unscrew the bayonet lock and open the dosing
glass.
4.
Thoroughly clean the dosing glass and cover with
conductivity probes with soap and water.
5.
Put the dosing glass back together and install it in the
reverse order.
