4.1.1.2 Manual Span Calibration
Multi-channel unit:
Select the channel to be calibrated in SE-
LECT COMPONENT.
Before selecting any further line
make sure the required calibra-
tion gas is applied and flowing!
Span calibration offers the same options as
zero calibration..

Advanced calibration..
Supply span gases with concentrations of
80 % to 110 % of the upper measuring range
limit to the gas path. Using lower concentra-
tions may decrease accuracy when measu-
ring above the span gas concentration!
If the oxygen concentration is known, ambient
air may be used for an oxygen channel span
calibration.
Note!
A zero calibration must always precede a
span calibration!
