Port LEDs

The  PNC001  has  LEDs  that  indicate  link  speed,  link  connection  and  link  activity
corresponding  to  the  four  possible  external  switched  Ethernet  ports.  The  layout  and
behavior of these LEDs is different depending on the revision of the PNC as shown below.
