Do not use cookware with jagged edges or a curved base.
Make sure that the base of your pan is smooth, sits flat against the glass, and is the same size as the cooking zone. Use pans with
the same diameter as the graphic for the zone selected. If you use a pan that is slightly wider, energy will be used as efficiently as
possible. If you use a smaller pan, the efficiency could be lower than expected. pans that are smaller than 140 mm may not be
detected by the hob. Always centre your pan on the cooking zone.
Always lift pans off the induction hob – do not slide them, or they may scratch the glass.
3.3 Pan dimensions
The cooking zones will, up to a limit, automatically adapt to the diameter of the pan. However the bottom of the pan must have
a minimum diameter that matches the corresponding cooking zone. To ensure that your hob operates as efficiently as possible,
please place the pan in the centre of the cooking zone.
