Cause: 

No wireless connection between control unit and motor control unit. 

The motor control unit is out of order (such as, it has no voltage) or the wireless 

connection has been interrupted or has not been configured. 

Procedure:

 The configuration of the wireless connection between the weather 

station and the control unit is described in chapter "Basic settings: 1. Wireless 

connection, motor control unit – control unit".  

 

Troubleshooting should only be performed by  

trained specialist personnel. You shall therefore please contact your   

installer.  

 

WEATHER DATA fault 

 

 

 instead of the outdoor temperature 

or 

 instead of the indoor temperature 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cause: 

The weather station's outdoor temperature sensor and/or the indoor 

temperature sensor in the control unit is/are faulty. 

Procedure:

 The relevant sensor must be checked.
