The Recall Point sets the position of the recall pointer. When specified as date and time, it
sets the time from which the data is to be recalled. If no record has the exact time value, the
pointer is set to the nearest point available. Set point options are as follows

sets recall point to the start of the memory.
++
sets recall point to the end of the memory.
+
Moves the recall pointer on by 1 record.
-
Moves the recall pointer back by 1 record.
Returns
None.
