4.6.3.1 Sample Types
To choose a sample type, press the
menu
key and then move the cursor to the
Select Sample
option using the
Up
and
Down Arrow
keys and press the
Enter
key.
The screen displays will be of the form –
Select the required sample type using the
Up
and
Down Arrow
keys and press the
Enter
key.
4.6.3.2 Sample Sizes
Having selected the required sample type, the screen display will be of the form –
Use the
Left
and
Right Arrow
keys to select the sample size required and then press
the
Escape
key twice to return to the
Installation and Setup
screen.

4.6.4 Setting the Clock
If the time and date display in the
Initial Screen
is incorrect, select the
Set Clock
option and press the
Enter
key. The display will be of the form –
Enter the new time and date in the format shown on the screen, using the
Up
and
Down Arrow
keys to select the date or time entry fields. Thus to set a date of 12
th
January 1999, enter ‘12.01.99’. To set a time of 31 minutes past eight in the evening
enter ’20.31.00’. When the date or time is entered, the ADR-Auto checks that the
entry is valid, and then updates the clock. The new date/time is then shown in the
Current Date/Time fields.
To return to the
Installation and Setup
screen, press the
Escape
key.
