Instructions for Installing the Hard Disk
1.
Turn off the power.
Always be sure to turn off the PR-50's power before installing or removing any removable hard disk.

Insert the hard disk.
Orient the DV-HD so that the side with the connector faces the interior of the hard disk bay, then
insert the disk fully into the bay.
Be careful not to use excessive force when inserting the disk. If the insertion seems difficult, try
pulling the hard disk out, then insert it again.

Lock the hard disk.
After inserting the hard disk in the PR-50, lock the hard disk so that it doesn't come out. Insert a coin
or other thin object in the key slot and turn it clockwise until it makes a click sound; the hard disk is
then locked.

When removing the hard disk from the PR-50, first unlock it. Insert a coin or other thin object in
the key slot and turn it counterclockwise until it makes a click sound; this unlocks the hard
disk.
