INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Remember to check your training bench regularly.
Tighten all screws, bolts and nuts as required.
Inspect the training bench and replace any worn
parts.
Do not use the training bench if it is defective.
When moving the training bench, employ the
correct lifting technique.
Warning! Never use barbells when exercising
alone! You should always be accompanied by a
spotter who is strong enough to be able to lift the
barbells into place for you!
If you have an additional barbell to place in the
barbell holder, you must lock it securely using the
locks on the side of the uprights when you leave
the training bench so they cannot accidentally fall
off.
Assembly instructions
Tap the rubber plugs (16) into the ends of the feet
(1, 2) using a rubber mallet.
Insert the cover plugs (24) into the ends of the
loose crossbar (8).
Screw the crossbar (3) securely to the uprights (1,
2) using screws, washers and nuts.
Insert the cover plug (20) into the seat bar (6).
Screw the seat bar (6) securely to the crossbar (3).
Screw the support leg (4) and leg bar (5) securely
to the seat bar (6).
Push the bar (11) in through the hole on the leg
bar (5), and slot a pad (15) onto either side.
Insert cover plugs (23) into the ends of the bar
(11).
Insert cover plugs (22) into the ends of the leg
bar.
