The training bench is very versatile and can be
used in various ways. Why not try some of these
training exercises:
Exercising your legs
Sit on the seat with your back against the
backrest. Place your feet behind the lowest pads.
Place your hands behind your neck. Lift your legs
out and up so that the leg bar moves. Keep up the
pressure and then allow the leg bar to return to its
start position.
Exercising your arms and shoulders
Sit on the seat with your back against the
backrest. Take hold of the arms and pull them in
towards you. Keep up the pressure and then allow
the arms to return to their start position.
Exercising your arms
Move the backrest to the horizontal position. Lie
on the bench with your knees bent and your feet
on the floor and use a barbell to exercise.
Remember to always have a spotter beside you
when exercising with a barbell.
