Verifying the Replenishment Rates
[1] Remove the Top Cover of the Processor.
[2] Insert the end of the Developer (or Fixer)
Replenishment Hose into a Graduated Cylinder.
[3] Hold the Graduated Cylinder outside of the
Processor so spills will not contaminate the
processing solutions.
[4] Press and hold for 5 seconds the Replenishment
Calibration Switch locatednext to the
Replenishment Hoses. See the figure.
[5] Allow the Replenishment Pumps to turn on and
deliver the preset volume of replenishment
solution.
[6] Compare the volume of replenishment solution
delivered into the Graduated Cylinder to the
replenishment volume you set in the previous
procedure. If the 2 volumes are not within 10% of
each other, do the “Calibrating the Replenishment
System” procedure on Page
.
