External Ozone destruct
This component is optional.
[1] Provide an External Ozone destruct and install it in a safe place.
* Be sure to install the Ozone destruct vertically, with the lid up.
[2] Connect pipes to the coupling of the ozone gas exhaust port and
to the coupling on the inlet side (bottom side) of the Ozone
destruct. Check the pipes for leakage.
* Provide pipes, which are not accessories.
* Connect a pipe to the coupling on the outlet side (top side) of
the Ozone destruct as required to allow outdoor treatment to
be performed.
* If piping is made long, pressure loss may occur within the
pipe, thus affecting the concentration value.

Piping method of Off-gas Ozone Analyzer
(1) Water trap sample gas inlet (COALESCER INLET)
[1] Check that the water trap assembly is mounted.
[2] Check that the resin coupling is connected to the water
trap sample gas inlet.
* As the coupling for water trap sample gas inlet, the
30-series (for 3/8 inch/Ø10 mm) coupling by
Flowell
®
is mounted as standard equipment.
[3] Connect the PTFE tube or PFA tube to the resin
coupling.
* Pipes are not accessories. Provide pipes matching the
coupling.
[4] Be sure to fasten the pipes. Also check the pipes for
leakage.
* Check that the manual drain valve is closed.
* Pressure loss within pipes varies depending on pipe
diameter and length, and consequently the degree of
effect on the concentration value also varies.

(2) Sample exhaust outlet (EXHAUST OUTLET)
[1] Wrap sealing tape around the coupling, and mount it to the sample exhaust outlet.
* Pipe connection port is Rc1/4.
[2] Connect a pipe to the coupling to allow outdoor treatment to be performed.
