If the light intensity of sensor 1 is zero, zero is displayed, or the error display at that time is
given.
●
If the light intensity of sensor 2 is zero, concentration display at that time (analog output) or
error display is maintained. Note that the error display cannot be reset while the display is
maintained.
The order of precedence of errors is shown below.
* Measurement mode:
E0 < E1 <
Sensor light intensity alarm display
< E3
< Lamp abnormal emission < E6 (ON) or E6 (Blink)
* At the time of zero calibration: E0 <
Sensor light intensity alarm display
< E3
< Lamp abnormal emission < (E2) < E6 (ON) or E6 (Blink)
Superiority of E6 (ON) and E6 (Blink): E6 (Blink) < E6 (ON)

*1: About E2 OUT 6 (S.V) output (ON): Operated during the purge time if operated by zero
calibration.
*2 : Operated when the sensor 2 value is normal. Not operated if the light intensity of sensor 2 is
“0000”.
(1) E0
E0 is output when the measurement value exceeds the display range. Since the analyzer is
performing measurement continuously, the error is normally reset if the measurement value falls
within the display range.
* The wait time of “E0” output at the time of startup can be set by “E0 wait time setting” in the
setting mode.
See “5.2.2 Setting mode, (11) E0 wait time setting” for details.
(2) E1
E1 is displayed when some kind of failure occurs to sensor 1, thus decreasing the light intensity
of sensor 1. More specifically, E1 is output when the light intensity of sensor 1 decreases to 1/10
or lower of that of sensor 2. If the light intensity increases, normal operation restarts
automatically.
* Not operated for 5 minutes after the power is turned on.
