Be sure to use approved rush-resistant 250 V AC/1 A fuses. Otherwise a failure may result.

Be sure to replace the two fuses together.
9.5.4
How to replace the 3-way solenoid valve
Be sure to feed source gas or zero gas (gas not containing ozone, etc.) to make sure that no ozone
gas exists within the piping before replacing the 3-way solenoid valve (hereafter abbreviated as
the solenoid valve).
(1) How to replace the solenoid valve for
High Concentration Ozone Analyzer
[1] Be sure to check that the main power
(circuit breaker) and the power switch of
the analyzer are set to OFF.
[2] Remove the analog output/ analyzer input
terminal block cover. Remove the cable of
the solenoid valve from the cable clamp,
and remove the connector that is inserted
into CN6 of the relay printed circuit board
(RL I/O PCB).
* Do not pull the cable when removing
the connector.
[3] Hold the coupling with a tool, loosen the coupling
nut on the pipe of the ports, NC, NO, and COM, of
the solenoid valve and remove the pipes from NC
and NO.
(When the pressure option is mounted, also remove
the fittings and the clamp fastening the piping.)
[4] While holding the solenoid valve bracket, remove
the two mounting screws, and slowly move the
solenoid valve downward, being careful not to
apply stress to the metal pipe of the coupling of
COM, and remove it.
* If it is difficult to remove the solenoid valve,
lightly pinch the metal pipe of COM, and remove
it in advance.
* Pay attention not to apply stress to the optical
cell while performing the work.
[5] Remove the two screws fastening the solenoid
valve and the solenoid valve bracket.
[6] Remove NC, NO, and COM couplings from the removed solenoid valve assembly, and
mount them to a new solenoid valve.
* Be careful not to lose the removed couplings because they will be reused.
[7] Check the mounting orientation of the solenoid valve, and mount a new solenoid valve to the
solenoid valve bracket.
