This analyzer is not in explosion-proof structure.

If the ozone analyzer is used in a place where a flammable or combustible gas exists in the
atmosphere, explosion may result. Do not use the analyzer in such places.
6.2
Preparation for installation
Mount the accessories according to the mounting procedure of each model.
Be sure to remove the
sample gas pump fixing bracket before using the Off-gas Ozone Analyzer.
See “Composition of the product, Delivery” for details.
6.2.1
Preparation for installation of High Concentration
Ozone Analyzer
(1) Mounting the filter/valve assembly
[1] Remove the two fixing screws on the bottom face of the
enclosure.
[2] Align the needle valve bracket with the convex portion on
the bottom face of the enclosure, and fasten with screws in
two places.
[3] Loosen the mounting nuts of the needle valve, insert the
coupling on the outlet side of the valve into the coupling
of the sample inlet (SAMPLE INLET) while aligning it
with the mounting groove of the needle valve bracket, and
fasten it with the nuts.
[4] Fasten the mounting nuts of the needle valve.
[5] Check that there is no gas leakage.
(2) Mounting the zero gas/valve assembly
This work is required for ME810 Type R only.
[1] Remove the two fastening screws on the bottom face
of the enclosure.
[2] Loosen the two screws fastening the valve of the zero
gas/valve assembly.
[3] Align the zero gas/valve assembly with the convex
portion on the bottom face of the enclosure, and
fasten with screws in two places. At that time, insert
the outlet side of the T-coupling into the coupling of
the zero inlet, and fasten it with nuts.
[4] Check that there is no gas leakage.
