[36] Silencer
The silencer is mounted to the High Concentration Ozone Analyzer (ME810 Type R) only to
adjust the pressure of the zero gas.
[37] Bracket for zero gas adjustment unit
The bracket is used to fasten the zero gas flow rate control valve, silencer, etc.
[38] Water trap (COALESCER)
The water trap is mounted to the Off-gas Ozone Analyzer (ME820) only to remove moisture in
the sample gas.
[39] Manual drain valve (VALVE)
The valve is used to manually drain the water trapped in the water trap.
[40] Water trap bracket
The bracket is used to fasten the water trap.
[41] Sample inlet
The sample gas that can be measured without problems or sample gas having undergone
pretreatment in the pretreatment system is connected to the sample inlet.
[42] Sample gas inlet
When the flow rate of the sample gas and supply pressure are adjusted, the sample gas from
which dust, etc. must be removed using a filter is connected to this sample gas inlet.
[43] Water trap sample gas inlet(COALESCER INLET)
The sample gas from which moisture must be removed is connected to the water trap inlet.
[44] Zero inlet
The zero inlet is provided to the High Concentration Ozone Analyzer (ME810 Type R) only,
and the zero gas having undergone pretreatment in the pretreatment system is connected to the
inlet.
[45] Zero gas inlet
When the flow rate of the zero gas and supply pressure are adjusted, the zero gas from which
dust, etc. must be removed using a filter is connected to this zero gas inlet.
[46] Sample exhaust port (EXHAUST OUTLET)
The exhaust outlet is provided to the Off-gas Ozone Analyzer (ME820) only, and measured
ozone gas is decomposed and then discharged from this outlet.
* Ozone gas may be discharged depending on the state of the Ozone scrubber.
[47] Ozone gas exhaust port (OZONE EXHAUST)
The ozone exhaust is provided to the High Concentration Ozone Analyzer (ME810) only, and
the measured ozone gas is discharged from this port.
* High-concentration ozone gas is discharged. Be sure to connect it to the Ozone destruct.
[48] Drain discharge port (DRAIN)
The water in the drain is discharged manually through this port.
[49] Ventilation hole
The ventilation hole is provided to ventilate the inside of the enclosure.
[50] Protective cover
The protective cover prevents the power terminal block (TB1) and the power cable from being
contacted.
[51] Interface cable
Cable connecting the indicator and the control board.
[A] Ozone destruct
The ozone destruct is mounted to the High Concentration Ozone analyzer (ME810) only to
decompose the ozone gas discharged.

Ozone destruct cover
The cover protects the Ozone destruct. In addition, the cover protects the Ozone destruct
against increased temperature.
