(2) Installation method
[1] Bore holes of M8 (mm) or Ø8.5 (mm) on the wall or anchor beforehand, so that the analyzer
can be mounted at a mounting pitch of 380 mm (W) × 380 mm (H).
[2] Mount the M8 screws to the top two holes, check that they
can endure the weight of the analyzer to be mounted, and then
pass the screws through the hook slots of the mounting
bracket. If it hasn’t been confirmed that the screws have
sufficient strength to endure the weight of the analyzer,
directly mount the analyzer.
* Mounting screws are not supplied. Provide M8 × 20 mm
or longer screws.
* In the case of Ø8 mounting holes, directly mount the
analyzer without hanging the analyzer.
[3] Temporarily fasten the M8 screws into the lower two
mounting holes.
[4] Fasten the upper two positions (hook slot) and then the lower two positions, while checking
that the analyzer stays vertical.
At that time, make sure that the analyzer is not shaky.
* Be sure to mount the accessories for each model before starting installation. If the
enclosure-mount Ozone destruct is mounted, remove the cover, and after the analyzer is
installed, attach the cover to the original position.
See “6.2 Preparation for installation” for details.
CAUTION
●
Select a wall or anchor that has strength enduring four times or higher the weight of the
analyzer.
●
Mount the analyzer at a stable installation place. If the analyzer is mounted at a shaky
place, a failure may result, or the analyzer may fall off.
6.4 Wiring
6.4.1
Connecting the power cable
Be sure to install a circuit breaker on the primary side of the power supply of the analyzer to allow
the primary power to be interrupted.
(1) Wiring of circuit breaker
●
Be sure to check that power is not supplied to the main power supply before installing wiring.
[1] Check the specifications of the power supply, and select a circuit breaker satisfying the
standard requirement of the country where it is used.
[2] Be sure to install a circuit breaker near the analyzer.
[3] Install wiring, being careful not to reverse the primary side (input side) and the secondary
side (output side).
[4] Be sure to connect the protective ground wire to the protective conductor terminal (PE
terminal).
