ERROR 636 

The current level supplied by the internal 5uA current source on the CPU board is higher than the 
acceptable upper limit. 

Corrective Action

: Contact Dynalab

The current level supplied by the internal 5uA current source on the CPU board is below the acceptable 
lower limit.

The window voltage for the capacitor compare circuit is higher than the acceptable upper limit.

ERROR 702 

A program references test points that are not present on the tester.  For instance, a program that 
references 256 test points will not operate on a NX Tester equipped with only 128 test points. 

Corrective Action 

Ensure that the NX Tester is equipped with at least as many test points as are referenced by the NX 
Editor program.   In the case of an NX Pro+ Tester, make sure that the dip switches are properly set 
as illustrated in a previous section of this document. 

ERROR 704 

The file fails the Audit - and was found to have errors that would prevent the file from executing 
properly. 

Corrective Action 

Open the file with the NX Editor, execute the Audit and correct the errors. 

ERROR 705 

The test program has a checksum specified that does not match the calculated checksum value.
