Test Point Interfacing
NX System test point boards provide 128 bi-directional test points per board. Each board is organized
into 2 positions of 64 points each. Each position of 64 test points is accessible from the back of the
Tester. A card edge connector is used to interface to a set of 64 test points
Within a position, the individual test points are numbered 1 through 64. The test points are physically
arranged within a position as shown below - this is the view as seen from the back of the Tester.
Each position is designed to mate with a 64 position card edge connector. Interface cables that include
the proper card edge connector may be purchased from Dynalab.
