Cause Remedy
After switching on the unit, the following message is
displayed
The unit was switched off with a running continuous
logger.
Decide with the cursor keys whether the data logger
should continue.
No connection can be established between the
Digox
6
and DigoxWin.
Check the following points:

Interface cable OK
-
Correct interface at the PC and in DigoxWin
-
Same baud rate
Digox 6 a
nd DigoxWin
-
Correct DigoxWin version with regard to the
Digox 6
firmware
NOTE:
Always use the supplied software version with the
respective analyser.
Display message:
"EEPROM-Error at ......“
Simultaneous operation of the continuous logger in
the
Digox 6
and of the online mode in DigoxWin.
EEPROM-Error at the processor board
Press
or switch the unit off and on again (if this is
not successful, please call our maintenance hotline).
The hardware was not designed for simultaneous
operation of the continuous data logger in the
Digox
6
and of the online mode or of the diagram in
Dkonfig, respectively.
